returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). You can contact us via phone (512) 771-5892 or email at sam@retrocuffs.com.

Once you obtain your Return Authorization number, make a copy of the original sales receipt. Be sure to include the RA number, and ship directly to Retrocuffs. Please take care in packaging the product. If upon receipt the returned product is damaged due to poor packaging, we regret we will be unable to offer a full refund.

All shipping costs incurred are to be paid by you, the buyer.

All of the buttons and jewelry are antique, so please be aware and appreciate that some may show signs of wear and tear.
